LIVELIHOOD AND YOUTH EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM

This program is aimed at promoting and expanding opportunities to entrepreneurship and skills development for all the young people both in the Humanitarian setting. They train in different hands-on business skills like liquid/bar soap, Vaseline/petroleum jelly, shampoo, paper bags, and making of reusable sanitary towels to promote Menstrual Hygiene and Management (MHM). Other skills under this thematic area include; Tailoring, Fashion and Design, Hairdressing and Cosmetology, Bakery and Confectionery, plumbing, carpentry, metal fabrication, Production of Artisan products (African sandals and shoes), urban farming and Computer studies, mechanics.
